What do I need to bring on the tour?

Please dress appropriately for the weather. In addition, please bring photo ID of each passenger booked. This can be any form of government or bank issued ID including health card, driver licence, passport, or bank card. You are welcome to bring a camera as well and take many photos as you like. Non-alcoholic drinks are permitted on board. Alcoholic drinks must be sealed at all times.

What if I'm late?

We recommend arriving at the terminal 30 minutes prior to your reservation to check in. Due to scheduling and convenience for the other passengers, we always strive to leave on time. In order to keep on schedule and ensure that the other passengers fly on time, unfortunately, we will be required to fly with empty seats. We cannot refund your payments, as we will not be able to fill the seats with other passengers at such late notice. If the tickets were purchased through a third party, any vouchers will be redeemed, or you will be charged full price advertised.

What if my tour is canceled due to weather ?

Weather can be unpredictable and may result in your tour being delayed or canceled. We will contact you via email and phone at least 2 hours before your flight. If your tour is canceled, you may reschedule it for another day of your choice. Flight credit is transferrable, you may gift it to someone else if you prefer.

Can I upgrade to a private tour?

Yes, you can upgrade to a private tour. Please call into our customer service department as someone will gladly assist you. 1-888-470-4595. or Email info@flygta.com

Cancellation Policy

All tickets and tours can be changed or refunded until 48 hours prior to the scheduled flight or tour. Within 48 hours prior to the flight, tickets cannot be changed or refunded. Please be aware that that unsuitable weather or operational factors may force a cancellation. In case of such an event, we will communicate via email at the earliest possible time. Is there a weight restriction?

Due to weight and balance restrictions of the aircraft, The Maximum for two guests is 400lbs
